Mr. Hu joined COFCO Corporation in 1993 and has held various positions in the group of COFCO Corporation, including deputy general manager of the risk management division of the strategic department and assistant general manager of the oil and fats department of COFCO Corporation, and the general manager of Top Glory (London) Ltd.. Mr. Zhan,aged 53, joined COFCO Coca-Cola in 2004 and is CEO of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited.He has held several positions in our group successively, including Deputy General Manager of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited, General Manager of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages (Beijing) Limited, General Manager of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages (Xinjiang) Limited,and General Manager of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages (Inner Mongolia) Limited. Mr. Zhan has extensive operational and management experience.

Mr. Zhan graduated from Wuhan Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Resources Engineering.

Ms. Li, 47, joined the Group in 2002 and is currently a deputy general manager as well as the director of the office of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited. Ms. Li has held various positions in the group of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited, including the general manager of the data center, the general manager of the customer services center and the general manager of the strategy department of COFCO Coca-Cola Beverages Limited.
